Zack of the great Living Cocktail Card blog created a drink he decided to name after me! I’m quite flattered, since I think he knows a good drink.
Here’s the recipe if you want to try it over the holidays:
4 cl lemon juice
1 1/2 bar spoon demerara sugar
1 1/2 bs honey
0,7 cl creme de cassis
1 cl Cointreau
2 cl bourbon
2 cl Smith & Cross Rum
2 cl Havana Club 3
shake on ice cubes
You see it has a number of sweet ingredients, but Zack says the result still tastes dry. The fact that he included whiskey is amazing, considering that I always have a Starboard Light whenever I’m at a Tracer Vic’s (which has been a while …).
