Quoting from their message in my mailbox:
Los Straitjackets are preparing to bring a refreshing blast of Lucha Surf to the Northeast. The cure for any February cabin fever is a Los Straitjackets show!
This run has a few great surprises… Sarah Borges will join the ‘Jackets in Fall River and The Iron Horse with solo opening sets. In Annapolis, the band will play a double bill with the incomporable Bill Kirchen and at the Birchmere, the band will be sharing the stage with the very cool www.jameshuntermusic.com/James Hunter.
In Brooklyn and Sellersville, we’ve planned a grand experiment… a full on Rock & Burlesque spectacular. The band will be joined on stage by old friends The World Famous Pontani Sisters as well asMiss Saturn & Ruby Valentine. In Brooklyn, the very cool band Jenny Dee & The Dee-linquents will open the show.
If you are not worn out from all the mouse-clicking to check out these great artists, make tracks to buy tickets to one (or more!) of these great shows.
While Daddy O Grande is still unable to tour, he is battling hard and doing well. Gregorio El Grande will be on guitar for these shows.
